We ship across Mexico and offer store pickup at our Guadalajara location.

Delivery times vary by product and location. Our team will contact you to schedule delivery after your order is confirmed.

Delivery windows are confirmed after purchase. Someone must be available to receive the order when applicable.

Choose free pickup at Av. Normalistas No. 1357, Guadalajara. We will notify you when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation and valid ID.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return or exchange requests. Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Contact us before returning any item.
